L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty

Portraits that capture the essence of LDB L’Oréal

When you think of a corporate portraitWe often imagine something rather strict and formal. But for the Dermatological Beauty division of L’Oréal (LDB)The objective was quite different: to capture the essence of the individuals who make up this fine team, with whom I had already worked. And that’s exactly what I had the chance to do during my most recent assignment with them.

In the space of two days, almost 100 employees passed in front of my lens. It may seem like a lot, but the enthusiasm and energy that flowed between the team members really made the session enjoyable. Everyone brought their authenticityI wanted to convey this spontaneity. As well as highlighting the individuality of each person, the photos also had a strategic purpose. They had to update employer brand and breathe new life into employees’ Linkedin profiles.

What I particularly appreciated about this project was the atmosphere of mutual support that prevailed throughout the process. Colleagues supported each other, shared tips on how to be comfortable and motivated each other. These moments, when sincere interaction shines through, remind me why I love doing this job so much.

During these two intensive days, I was fortunate to work closely with Jasmin Petit, my on-site contact, who ensured impeccable coordination. Thanks to this fluid organization, each portrait reflects not only the professionalism of the employees, but also the positive energy and enthusiasm of the team. authenticity that drive this division.

In the end, this assignment not only allowed me to revisit familiar faces I’ve worked with in the past, but also to discover new facets of this dynamic team and showcase them through my portraits. Every smile and look I captured tells a unique story, reminding me what a privilege it is to work with such open and welcoming people.
